SEO Success with Anchor Text

We all know the importance of strategically placing keywords throughout the text of your web pages.  We also know that 'keyword stuffing' is BAD and 'pursuasive copy' is GOOD.  One of the strategies I talk to clients about is making sure that the anchor text within the copy (links to other places on their site) should also contain keywords.

Since search engine algorithms are evolving all the time to ensure a relevant experience for the user, they want to make sure that the keywords you are ranking for are natural to the content of the page.  That's why the words you use BESIDE and AROUND the keywords can often be an important part of your optimization.
